Liva Insurance has launched a mobile application that significantly enhances the management of insurance policies for its users. This application offers a streamlined interface designed for both individual and corporate users, enabling easy interaction with various insurance services.

For Individual (Retail) Users:

• Registration can be completed through a mobile number or email address, supplemented by an OTP verification process. Alternatively, sign-up is available via Facebook or Google accounts.

For Corporate Users:

• Corporate users associated with group health insurance may log in using their designated email ID and password provided via email. A password change option is available in the settings menu upon successful login.

The mobile application's home screen features a 'My Health' icon which leads to detailed access of medical insurance policies. Each member under the policy can access three key sections:

• e-Card: View or download your medical card inclusive of member ID and expiry date.
• Claims: Monitor the status of past reimbursement claims and initiate new claims as necessary.
• Pre-Approval: Access pre-approved statements linked to Liva’s healthcare service providers.
